Thank you for visiting our booth on Linuxtag and our talk at minidebconf (debian). This Linuxtag we’ve showed the visitors the features of the upcomming release like the new “x2goplugin” or the “desktop sharing” feature. Now we’ll try to finish our work on the new release so you can use it soon. Our little “phoca” was a highlight of our booth and often photographed…

    Hello slashdev,

    “x2godesktopsharing” is part of the new release. With this application and the new x2goserver and client, you’ll be able to share your x2go session with others. It’ll be also possible to share a already started native X-Session.
    You can test the new version by adding the “heuler” repository to your sources.list:

    Fantastic. I will check out the devel repo. I hope the final release fixes the localhost and win7 bugs :)
